Steve Sloboda

Prior to joining KCS Properties and Kellis Commercial as Partner, Steve was a consistent top producer at Crescent Realty where he earned “Tops in Sales” awards all three years there and the “Most Inspirational Agent” award for his 2003 rookie year.

He regularly writes real estate related columns for the Tacoma News Tribune and has been named a Five Star, Best in Client Service Agent by Seattle Magazine. He was also part of the Business Examiner’s inaugural list of “40 Under Forty” future business leaders of the South Puget Sound. Steve is active in the community, spending time as a member of the Tacoma Athletic Commission, The East Side Boys & Girls Club Advisory Board, The Seattle Sonics game night staff, and the Oakbrook Golf & Country Club. He attended Clover Park High School in Lakewood and the University of Washington in Seattle where he held leadership positions within the Washington Beta chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.

Steve and his wife Amity live in Lakewood with their son Stanley, and daughter Soleil. They enjoy attending sporting events, golfing, and travelling together.
Christian Trandum

Christian Trandum is a real estate professional with KCS Properties, Puget Sound’s Premier Boutique Brokerage. He has lived in Pierce County for over thirty years and currently lives in the north end of Tacoma with his wife Heather and their daughter, Mia.

Christian has been involved in sales with regard to northwest homes and the real estate industry for the majority of his working career and this is his first time co-hosting a radio show.

He attended Bellarmine Preparatory School in Tacoma, and Washington State University in Pullman where he was an active member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Christian brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to NW Real Estate Radio and their listeners. As a former title insurance representative, he is able to understand and communicate details of the most technical parts of a real estate transaction. He also spends time coaching a U-12 girls’ soccer team and playing for a men’s over thirty league team every week.
